GLOSS

The National Focal Points are the appropriate contact points in each Member State for affairs regarding the implementation of the Global Ocean Observing System (GOOS) at national and global levels. 
This list of GLOSS National Focal Points is based on answers to Circular Letter 2666 sent on 1 June 2017. 
GLOSS Focal Points are nominated via one of three channels : IOC National Focal Point, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Permanent Delegation to UNESCO.
